Nine Out of Ten Chinese Nationals Nabbed at “Explicit Party” Get Bail, Leaving One to Ponder Life Choices

In a tale that sounds like it was ripped from a bizarre party planner’s handbook, nine of the ten Chinese nationals arrested for illegal possession of dangerous drugs at what authorities described as an “explicit party” were released on bail after spending a night behind bars. The tenth guest remains in custody, perhaps still trying to figure out how the party turned into a courtroom drama.

The group was apprehended during a police raid that interrupted what was reportedly a drug-fueled gathering with a decidedly risqué vibe. Following their arrest, the suspects were promptly brought before the court the very next day to face charges related to possession of dangerous substances.

While the nine were granted bail—likely relieved to swap jail cells for their own beds—the lone holdout remains in custody, possibly reflecting on the perils of mixing wild parties with questionable decisions. Authorities have yet to comment on whether the party playlist included “Highway to Jail” or “Should’ve Stayed Home.”

One can only hope the bail conditions include a strict “no more parties” clause.
