🔴 ANOTHER CONTENT CREATOR SUED: Nyathi Family Takes Louisa to Court Over ‘Fabrications’
Popular content creators Gilbert and Joyce Nyamhanhindi (Mai Nyathi) have launched legal action against fellow influencer Louisa, accusing her of spreading false and defamatory claims.
Through South Africa-based lawyers, the couple demanded a public retraction, apology and removal of all defamatory content within 72 hours or face criminal and civil action.
The dispute follows Louisa’s appearance on DJ Ollah’s podcast, where she alleged infidelity, abuse and STI claims — allegations the Nyathis strongly deny, calling them malicious fabrications and AI-generated attacks by “enemies.”


⚠️ Zimbabweans Confront SANDF Soldiers on Limpopo River
A viral video shows a group of Zimbabweans shouting insults and throwing stones at South African soldiers patrolling the Limpopo River.
While some South Africans demanded forceful action, others argued the group was on Zimbabwean territory and committed no crime.
The incident has reignited debate over border security, sovereignty and SANDF rules of engagement.


💉 Zimbabwe to Roll Out New HIV Prevention Injection This Month
Zimbabwe will begin administering Lenacapavir, a long-acting HIV prevention injection given just twice a year.
The pilot phase will cover 24 sites nationwide, targeting high-risk groups including adolescent girls, sex workers and pregnant women.
Over 46,500 people are expected to benefit initially as the country steps up HIV prevention efforts.

Former Simba Bhora midfielder Barnabas Mutuche is facing a maintenance dispute after allegedly offering US$30 for two children’s upkeep.
He also faces domestic violence charges, accused of assaulting his wife to force her to withdraw the maintenance case.
He returns to court on January 16.

A Zimbabwean cross-border bus was seized in Limpopo after being found overloaded and operating without a valid licence or permit.
Authorities warned operators that enforcement will intensify to protect passenger safety.


🚔 Murder Suspect Surrenders to Police
A 21-year-old man handed himself over to police over the murder of 16-year-old Linomtha Skeyi, whose body was found on Christmas Day in Makhanda.
The suspect appears in court on January 12 as investigations continue.
