Woman Swallows Drugs to Avoid Police, But Apparently Forgot She’s Not a Movie Star

In a bizarre incident, Hezel Titya (39) from Manyame Park has died after swallowing drugs to avoid arrest by the police. Because, you know, that’s exactly what you do when you see the cops coming – you eat the evidence. It’s not like it’ll kill you or anything.

The drama unfolded when police arrested Josephine Tinarwo (55) for possessing a large amount of illegal Broncleer cough syrup. During questioning, she ratted out Hezel Titya and another person as being involved in the illicit cough syrup trade.

Later that night, Hezel showed up at Josephine’s house with more drugs, seemingly oblivious to the police presence. As the officers tried to apprehend her, she panicked and swallowed some of the drugs. Who needs a plan B when you can just eat the evidence, right? Unfortunately, Hezel didn’t make it to the next scene, and her storyline came to an abrupt end at Chitungwiza Hospital.

If you’re going to swallow evidence, make sure you’re not allergic to the stuff. Or, you know, just don’t do it at all. Maybe stick to the day job – whatever that may be.
