Zvikomborero Maria Makedenge, 33, who appears in a widely circulated video involving a 16-year-old boy, has told police that she was sexually assaulted, contradicting the teenager’s account currently under legal review.
According to her statement to authorities, Makedenge alleges that the boy forced himself on her despite her calls for help.
Conversely, the boy has lodged a counter complaint, asserting that Makedenge pursued him into a bedroom, locked the door, coerced him into unprotected sex, threatened him to keep silent, and promised to take him to the United States if he did not speak out.
The case remains under investigation as both parties present conflicting versions of the incident.
