Man Transforms his Humble Dog into a Ferocious Tiger to Scare Of Debt Collectors.

In a daring act of canine cosplay, Thulani Mloyi, a resourceful middle-aged man from Cowdray Park Sgodweni, Bulawayo, has found himself the talk of the town—and the target of the local police.

Thulani decided that the best way to scare off pesky Bulawayo City Council (BCC) debt collectors was to transform his humble dog into a ferocious tiger.

Armed with brushes, paint, and a wild imagination, Thulani turned his furry friend into what he claimed was “the fiercest debt collector deterrent Bulawayo has ever seen.” The dog, now sporting bold orange and black stripes, reportedly prowled the neighborhood with an air of regal menace that left neighbors both amused and bewildered.

The scheme worked… until the local authorities caught wind of the “tiger” and began a search for Thulani, who apparently thought he could outwit bureaucracy with a paintbrush and a pooch. Police are now on the lookout for this crafty gentleman, who might be hiding behind a bush—or possibly behind a very confused dog.

In 2018, a man in India painted pigeons with bright colors to distract traffic police and avoid fines. It didn’t work, but the pigeons became local celebrities.

A farmer in South Africa once painted his goats with zebra stripes to confuse predators—and nosy neighbors who kept asking for rent money. –

In the UK, a prankster painted his cat with camouflage patterns to sneak past his landlord’s no-pets policy. Clearly, when it comes to creative animal disguises as a form of protest or avoidance, humans have a long and humorous history!
