Harare Woman Accuses Husband of Using Her Salary to Spoil Second Wife

A heated dispute has erupted between Shalom Madziyendesa and her husband, Tafadzwa Manyora, over allegations that he used her salary to spoil his second wife, including buying her a car. The dispute has reached the Civil Court, where Shalom is fighting for her rights.

According to Shalom, Manyora abandoned their family and started living with his second wife. She claims that he would take her salary and use it to pamper his new partner, even going as far as buying her a car. Manyora, however, disputes these allegations, accusing Shalom of taking over their property while he was away in Botswana.

The court granted Manyora a protection order after he claimed Shalom threatened to poison him. However, the judge advised both parties to seek legal help to resolve the property dispute. Manyora’s polygamous relationship has added complexity to the case.

The dispute has left the family in turmoil, with Shalom feeling betrayed and Manyora’s second wife seemingly enjoying the benefits of his infidelity. The outcome of the court case will determine the fate of their property and the future of their relationship.

As the court battle continues, Shalom and Manyora will need to navigate the complexities of their marital dispute. Will Shalom be able to protect her rights, or will Manyora’s actions prevail? The court’s decision will have significant implications for their future.
