Temba Mliswa has slammed Fadzayi Mahere, former Mt Pleasant MP, for ditching her parliamentary seat and taking to social media to rant about national issues. Mliswa accuses Mahere of being a populist who prioritizes social media fame over tangible results, saying she’s more concerned with getting likes and retweets than serving her constituents.
Mahere resigned from Parliament in January 2024, citing the Sengezo Tshabangu led takeover of the CCC as the reason.
