A serious accident unfolded today on Seke Road Depot involving a private car and a kombi, resulting in several people sustaining serious injuries.

According to eyewitnesses, the driver of the private vehicle, a woman en route to Chitungwiza, lost control and swerved into the oncoming lane. The car struck a cyclist before colliding with a commuter omnibus traveling towards town.

Emergency services responded promptly, providing critical assistance to the injured victims and ensuring the scene was secured.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident as they work to restore normal traffic flow on Seke Road Depot.
