According to court records, the incident began on the night of May 9, 2025, when the teenager filed a police report alleging she had been raped by Mupostori. However, ten days later, on May 19, she returned to the police and admitted the allegation was fabricated, stating that the man had assaulted her after she attempted to search his pockets, and she made the false rape claim out of spite.
