Divine Intervention” or Kidnapping Scheme? Faith Healer’s Shocking Arrest

In a bizarre incident that has left many questioning the true nature of faith healing, 25-year-old Memory Jokonya, a self-proclaimed faith healer, has been arrested for kidnapping a two-month-old baby from his mother, Vivian Nyeke.

Jokonya convinced Nyeke to accompany her on a trip from Shamva to Marondera, supposedly to collect some belongings. However, it seems Jokonya’s “divine guidance” led her astray, as she took a detour to Rusape and disappeared with the baby, leaving Nyeke stranded.

Nyeke reported the incident to the police, who launched a manhunt and notified other bases. Meanwhile, Nyeke was left frantically searching for her baby, her world turned upside down by Jokonya’s deceitful actions.

Thanks to a tip-off, police apprehended Jokonya as she attempted to board a bus in Hauna Growth Point, Mutasa. The baby was safely recovered and taken to Hauna Hospital for safekeeping. One wonders if Jokonya’s “faith healing” powers failed her during her encounter with the police.

Jokonya is currently in custody, and the police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the kidnapping. As for her “faith healing” business, it seems her methods may need a little “divine intervention” to get back on track.
