Delia Chawaremera’s Mental Health Eat Out Sparks Connections

Classic Fragrances and Events founder Delia Chawaremera hosted a Women’s Business Eat Out at Chikurubi Dam View, focusing on Mental Health Awareness for Entrepreneurs. The event brought women in business together to share insights on balancing entrepreneurship and mental wellbeing.

“It was my first time attending Delia’s empowerment programs, and I’m so glad I did,” said Virginia Kachambwa, who attended the event. “The knowledge I gained on mental health and setting boundaries will help me and my business team.”

Kachambwa learned key lessons , prioritize self-care for business success, know when to set boundaries, and don’t burnout trying to do it all alone. “No man is an island – entrepreneurs need support,” she said.

Delia Chawaremera encouraged men to join such events too, noting their absence despite needing mental health support. “It’s not just a ladies’ thing,” she said.

The event sparked connections and awareness on mental health in business.
