In a bizarre family feud, Tatenda Munjoma, a Zimbabwean woman living in Botswana, has accused her mother, Rose Chishiri, of being a Satanist who’s allegedly putting her kids under some sort of spiritual spell. Munjoma claims her mom is behind the kids’ night terrors, visions of ritualistic activities, and even suicidal thoughts.
Munjoma says she’s at her wit’s end and has decided to leave her three daughters with their grandma as a form of protest. The kids, aged 15, 12, and 10, have apparently been seeing snakes, having trouble breathing, and acting out at school.
But Chishiri denies all allegations, saying her daughter’s problems started when she lived in Botswana. “Maybe she got mixed up with some shady characters or joined a cult,” Chishiri suggested.
The family dispute has now landed in traditional court, with community members weighing in on the long-standing tension between Munjoma and her mom. One neighbor noted that the family needs “urgent intervention” to sort out their drama.
Munjoma remains convinced that her mom is behind the supernatural forces tormenting her kids and is determined to get help for them, no matter what.
