Pangolin Hijacks Farmer’s Day, Scores Meeting with President

A Kwekwe farmer, Mr. John Mapurazi, had an unexpected adventure when he spotted a pangolin roaming around his field.
Instead of panicking, he decided to take the pangolin on a road trip to Harare, where he personally handed it over to President Emmerson Mnangagwa.

The President, surprised by the unusual gift, passed the pangolin to National Parks for proper care, highlighting the endangered species’ need for protection in Zimbabwe .
