NYOKAYEMABHUNU’S COURT DRAMA- THE PLOT THICKENS

The high-profile court case of Wellington Masiwa, aka Nyokayemabhunu, is set to continue in South Africa, with his legal team having submitted their reply affidavit to the state’s affidavit. The judge has scheduled a hearing for tomorrow, but don’t expect a bail decision just yet .

According to insiders, there’s still a whole lot of paperwork to be done before the magistrate can even think about granting bail. It’s like they’re playing a game of legal ping-pong , with documents flying back and forth.

The public is on the edge of their seats, wondering if Nyokayemabhunu will get bail, but the legal eagles say it’s not that simple. There’s going to be more procedural wrangling before a decision is made.

The judge will review the arguments and decide on the verdict later. So, it’s going to be a wait-and-see game for now. Stay tuned for more updates as the court reconvenes .

In the meantime, let’s speculate: will Nyokayemabhunu get bail, or will he have to stay in the pokey? Only time (and the judge) will tell!
