Manchester United In Pursuit Of Adrien Rabiot: Here Is What You Need To Know About The Transfer Deal

Manchester United is reportedly in pursuit of Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot since Frenkie De Jong deal is ‘failing’ to materialize.

Adrien Rabiot has fallen from the pecking order at the Serie A giants and despite his deadwood status at Juventus, Manchester United is willing to lure him to Old Trafford this summer.

According to reports, the Serie A side is considering selling Rabiot to Man United but both parties are yet to agree on personal terms.

“The agreement with Juventus is not an issue as they’re open to selling Rabiot,” confirmed Fabrizio Romano on Twitter.

Rabiot who is in the final years of his contract with Juventus has already agreed to be part of Erik Ten Hag’s revolution but a few things need to be agreed upon with his agent.

Apart from chasing Adrien Rabiot, Man United is also believed to be chasing Bologna’s Marko Arnautovic.

Man United will  launch a second bid to Bologna after its initial bid of £7.6 million was thrown out of the window.

The sporting director of Bologna however  told Man United that the player is priceless and part of the club’s project.

We want to keep going with Arnautovic and keep him, he is at the centre of our project.

“Bologna’s wish now is to keep our current team and strengthen it in order to have an important season. Money is not an issue. Marko is priceless for us,” said Marco Di Vaio.

Arnautovic is deemed a short-term project for struggling Man United who are also on the verge of losing 37-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo.
