Man Arrested for Strangling Wife in Norton

Police in Norton have arrested Lionel Simbarashe in connection with the murder of his wife, Angela Malison. The incident occurred on November 5, 2025, near Kingsdale Shopping Centre, following a dispute between the couple.

According to reports, Simbarashe allegedly strangled his wife with a jacket, which was later found wrapped around her neck near a railway line where her body was discovered. The motive behind the killing is unclear, but police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the dispute.

Simbarashe is currently in custody, facing charges of murder.

The police investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
