Gospel musician Mambo Dhuterere has finally spoken out about leaving his heavily pregnant wife, Dorcas Vambe. He claims she’s toxic and cost him financial opportunities by dressing down people who wanted to work with him. Mambo Dhuterere said, “Unoita mukadzi wekuti anonyatsokuziva kuti nhingi nanhingi vanoda kukusimudza murume wangu whole hearted. Vanhu ivava vononyon’onywa zvekuti kana vari vasina kusimba unongoona va disappear. Kana vari vamwe ndo vanokuudza kuti, ‘Tanga tichida kushanda tese asi mashoko ataudzwa na Amai’.”

Mambo Dhuterere says Mai Dhuterere’s behavior is unbearable, but some Zimbabweans aren’t buying it. They think he’s just making excuses because he’s fallen out of love.

Toxic Relationship or Toxic Excuses? Some commenters defended Mambo Dhuterere, saying he has the right to leave a toxic relationship. Others called him out for blaming his wife for his own problems.
