“Miraculous” Release From Jail As Woman Credits Prophet Magaya’s Wife for Intervention

A tearful woman emerged from Chikurubi Female Prison, crediting her release to a “miraculous” event allegedly orchestrated by the wife of Prophet Walter Magaya. According to the woman, she was incarcerated in the same cell as “Mama,” the prophet’s wife, and believes her freedom is a result of divine intervention, possibly facilitated by a special brand of holy hand sanitizer.

The woman, who remains unidentified, expressed her gratitude to God, saying, “We want to thank God. I was prayed for yesterday by ‘Mama’ and I got out of jail.” She claimed to have been in the same cell as  Mrs  Magaya and attributed her release to the prayers and intervention of the prophet’s wife, which apparently involved a dramatic laying on of hands and a chorus of “Amazing Grace” sung in harmony with the prison’s parrot.

The woman’s release appears to have been influenced by her connection to Prophet Magaya’s ministry, as she credited “The God of Prophet Magaya” for her freedom. She referred to the prophet as her “father” and stated that she was not ashamed to do so, even when he was incarcerated, because, as she put it, “a father’s got to do what a father does.”

The circumstances surrounding the woman’s incarceration and release are unclear, and no official statement has been released by the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Service to confirm or deny her claims. Representatives for Prophet Magaya’s Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries have also not commented on the matter, but sources close to the prophet confirm that he is currently working on a new miracle water that can fit in a bottle and be sold at a reasonable price.
