Through South Africa-based lawyers, the couple demanded a public retraction, apology and removal of all defamatory content within 72 hours or face criminal and civil action.
The dispute follows Louisa’s appearance on DJ Ollah’s podcast, where she alleged infidelity, abuse and STI claims — allegations the Nyathis strongly deny, calling them malicious fabrications and AI-generated attacks by “enemies.”
